Kari Jormakka has been involved with architectural design for years, not only as a full professor of architectural theory at the Technische Universität Wien (Vienna University of Technology) but also as a design consultant. one of the many outstanding books in the series

I've just received this book and would highly recommend this along with Basics design ideas. For very lttle money these two little books will serve you well through your career, because they are rooted in architectural thinking, not fashion ridden trends, they will always be a resource for making your current project into a genuine place.
